Jammu Tawi, September 30: Tension reportedly gripped the area outside Science College on Kanal Road after a dispute between students allegedly escalated into a violent clash, leaving two students injured.

According to preliminary information, the confrontation began with an argument between some students over an undisclosed issue inside the college premises. The situation reportedly intensified after the students moved outside the college gate, where the dispute allegedly turned violent.

Witnesses and sources claim that sharp weapons were used during the altercation, resulting in injuries to two students. The injured were reportedly taken for medical treatment. Their exact medical condition has not yet been officially disclosed.

Police at Kanal Road Police Post said that no written complaint had been received so far. Officials stated that while they had received verbal information about the incident, further investigation and legal action would follow once a formal complaint is submitted.
